    Peak-to-park freestyle fun.

One of the most popular all-terrain freestyle boards on the market, the Rome Reverb Rocker Snowboard is extremely versatile, effortlessly transitioning from deep powder stashes to park laps without missing a beat. Revised for 2016, this true twin features MtnPop 2.0, which delivers a loose, catch-free rocker between the feet with increased camber running to the tip and tail. Ultimately, this versatile profile makes the Reverb Rocker super floaty through deep, untracked snow, with increased power and pop at the tip and tail for railing turns and sending park kickers.

Looking inside this all-terrain freestyle ride, the SuperPop Core Matrix is made of long poplar wood sections combined with three zones of low-density, extremely light wood. This provides the ultra-light, super-poppy feel needed to blast off jumps and gap onto rails. Bamboo Single-Barrel HotRods are milled into the board's center, acting as a springing board for snapping ollies and flying off kickers. Additionally, the StraightTriax 30 Laminate strikes an ideal balance between buttery-soft flex and torsional response, allowing you to play in the park and rally down the mountain.

Leveraging Rome's QuickRip sidecut, the Reverb Rocker blends two offset sidecuts for extra grip, with a dual-personality for high-speed carves and low-speed agility. Where the two sidecuts meet, mid-board contacts are created for extra grip on hardpack and ice. What's important is that the two sidecuts engage differently, depending on how fast you ride. Slow riding will feel highly maneuverable, as the shorter sidecut will only be engaged. However, once you open it up at high speeds, the longer sidecut fully engages for extra power and grip, making the Reverb Rocker a blast to carve on and tear up the entire mountain.

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I've been riding a Rome reverb rocker for the last 5 seasons. It's a great all around board and this year's is no different. With the rocker between the bindings its super manoeuvrable and the camber on the nose entail ensure you lose no pop. This board is the perfect flex for all around shredding whether it be jibbing, hitting 80ft booters or dropping cliffs this board has your back!
