Mountain Division Snowboard

Leave the park behind for pow-choked chutes, open bowls, and fast groomers with the Rome Mountain Division Snowboard. Designed with a directional shape, the Mountain Division is a do-it-all freeride board for those who couldn't care less about the terrain park. Its Free-the-Ride profile places the powerful response and poppy feel of camber under the back foot, which then transitions to flat camber along the front binding for straight-line stability. After the front binding, the board rises early with a good dose of rocker to float effortlessly on those epic pow days.

This hard-charging freeride board features Rome's best technologies for an ideal mix of lightweight performance, snappy-stable flex, and bombproof build quality. Its AirPop Core Matrix blends five zones of low-density wood, with air channels for an incredibly light feel when you're snapping off side-hits and sending cliff drops.

Carbon Double Barrel TurboRods are milled directly into the board's nose and tail, anchored only at the ends near the insert packs. This allows them to flex dynamically for boosted ollies and extra landing stability. Z-Tech 2.0 places a two-inch strip of Zylon down the board's centerline for extra power when you're carving at high speeds. Good Vibes sidewalls sandwich elastomeric rubber between ABS sidewall material to absorb excess vibration when you're blasting over rough, chopped-up snow. Throw in a wax-absorbent SinterSpeed base for incredibly fast performance over deliciously deep powder without bogging down.
