Master of booters.

Whether you're into boosting big jumps all day or just ripping around the entire mountain, you'll love the pop and power of the Rome Mod Snowboard. This is the board Stale Sandbech trusts when he's lining up triple corks thanks to traditional camber and loads of pop-enhancing features.

When it comes to pop, response, and stability, nothing beats tried-and-true traditional camber. Turborods carbon rods and a one-inch strip of Zylon down the center boost your ollie power even more and give it power off the edges. A true twin shape lets you throw down switch tricks without feeling off-center, and the stiff flex keeps you from washing out on landings and steep slopes.

The Airpop Core matrix uses five zones of poplar for a snappy feel that's super-lightweight, but also very strong. Biax glass keeps the flex consistent for smooth, predictable turns. It's finished off with Rome's high-end Sinterspeed base, which absorbs large amounts of wax for several days of high-speed riding.

This isn't your dad's camber board.

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Rome has always made great camber boards but this board really embraces light aspects of Rocker in the tip and tail to make a board that enters and exits turns like no other.

One of the things that I think makes Rome boards unique is their ability to go slow and fast and still make nice turns. It's all well & good to ride a super stiff board mach schnell, but how does that board turn at slow speeds. This is my go to board when riding groomers and hard packed.

This current iteration is one of the best snowboards I've ever ridden in 25+ years.

The best board you will ever ride

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Where to start .. The mod is my go to board for charging any and everything. The nose and tail are laced with two turbo rods that give you aggressive pop. I often tell people Ill Ollie then the board ollies even more. The middle is softer making it epic for carves and eventually presses once the board breaks in. I would take my 156 mod through the park , nose press a rail and then send it off a 70 foot jump no problem. At the same time I could take the board to Snowbird resort and rip around the mountain in chunder snow, jump off cliffs, slash and rip circle turns all day. If I could only have one board for the rest of my life, the Rome Mod would be it hands down!

King of the mountain

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

The Mod is probably the best all mountain snowboard out there. This deck can literally do anything. Most fun in the powder or sending it off cliffs. It has Ferrari handling at top speeds, and has two pop rods on the nose and tail for missions to mars. This deck POPS!! Bottom line, if Stale Sandbech rides this board you probably should too. If you don't know who Stale is you should look him up on youtube immediately. Case closed

Destroy Everything!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This is probably my favorite board for doing anything and everything on the mountain. It's super stable at speeds, has a ton of pop and energy when ripping carves or hitting the park, and it can plow through powder when you need it to. Definitely the best all-around, quiver killer I've ridden.
