Folsom Snowboard Boot - Men's

Rome gave the Men's Folsom Snowboard Boot a stiff flex and cushy Skate Cuff for hard chargers who don't want to leave the hill a second too soon. The Skate Cuff is a foam collar that hugs your ankle for comfy support and a locked-down fit. The multi-density heel pocket with GripPatch holds the back of your foot in place—no more side-to-side slop or dreaded heel lift during toe-side turns. The Folsom Boot’s moldable ConFormist.3 liner forms to your foot, and lockable zonal lacing won’t pinch or loosen as you ride. Rome gave these powerful, responsive boots EVA midsoles and shock-absorbing molded footbeds to dampen chatter and dissolve impact.

Bottom Line: Built for the big league.

These boots are warm and comfortable. A bit tough to get the zonal lacing the first couple of times but it gets better each time I wear them. Good support and a perfectly stiff flex for me. I ride these on a Rome Mod 154 with Targa bindings. Neoprene Toe Box is really nice. The only problem I have had is that I keep cutting the side by the air pocket in the lift line from people running into my feet!

I've spent the last few seasons hiring boots, trying different sizes & brands out, but never found anything I've really liked. Admittedly, this could be because the liners on most hire boots are compressed out to shit from having all different shaped feet stuck in 'em.

At the beginning of last season I decided to try some boots on for size at the shop while my mates were at lunch, and as soon as I put these on I was sold.
No heel lift, no squashy toe, no pinching, just a perfect fit inside. And thats before I molded the liner....
The support in these is unreal, they take so much pressure off your legs, simply cause the boot can hold you up when your legs get tired.
If you try them out, make sure you go a half size up, as they tend to run a bit small.
Highly recommended
