Rome created the Design Snowboard for riders like Bjorn Leines and Jonaven Moore who live for throwing massive tricks on steep bone-chilling lines. This directional twin-tip big-mountain snowboard is one of the lightest boards on the market, but thanks to an Airpop core, a pure carbon laminate, and Rome’s Dual Inline PowerAmp Technology (bamboo along the rails), the Design doesn’t sacrifice any strength or response just to drop a couple lbs. Rome shaped both tip and tail like a nose to improve float in pow, and added Impact Plates in the core for added anti-compression protection—ginourmous landings or not.
Bottom Line: Do you look at an Alaskan mountain face and see a 5000-foot terrain park? The Rome Design Snowboard does.
