Get It Before Labor Day Weekend—Order With Free 2-Day*by 5pm MT 9/2/15

When you surf the earth, but aren't ready to bid the park adieu.

Built for bombing groomers, boosting airs, and destroying powder stashes, the Rome Agent Rocker Snowboard is a true all-mountain slayer for riders do a little bit of everything, except, really fast. It has a stiff, responsive feel, plenty of pop, and a little bit of rocker for when the snow gods decide to hook it up with some freshies.

MtnPop Rocker 2.0 features rocker between the bindings for added float in powder and a more forgiving feel on hardpack, with camber underfoot to retain pop and power. A directional twin shape adds drive without taking away switch ride-ability. TurboRods use kinetic energy to boost your ollies, while a 1-inch strip of Zylon down the center of the board increases energy transfer for improved response. The StraightTriax30 laminate keeps things responsive while allowing enough flex for smooth turns and legit presses.

Three zones of low-density wood gives the Agent Rocker a snappy flex while keeping weight to a minimum. The QuickRip sidecut features additional contact points near the bindings that allow the board to feel loose at low speeds while still maintaining edge hold at speed. It's polished off with a SinterSpeed base that absorbs large amounts of wax to ensure you finally take podium at this year's banked slalom.

Great Update on a classic board

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

The 2.0 version of the Mountain Pop (double camber rocker that is pretty popular) flattens and elongates the rocker. This makes the board a little more predictable in unpredictable clumped up snow, while maintaining firm grip on hard packed snow (compared to traditional Agent Rocker).

All in all a great update to a workhorse of a snowboard.
