Thanks for the question. When it comes to the sizing of the Large Frame on the Rocky Mountain Element 970 Bike - 2012, the labeled size is 18.5", the seat tube is 470mm and the top tube length is 605mm. Please check the link below for the rest of the geometry specifications:
