  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

These are a great pair of pliers. Love having the scissors on there and they stay clamped. Haven't lost this pair like every cheap pair before it. Worth every penny.

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I love these pliers, they are burly and can put up with and smash any job in its path. A great local company here in Utah, Dylan and Dalton are a couple of the fishiest dudes you can meet and test every piece of equipment before releasing to the public. Made for the fly fisherman that demands nothing but the best quality from fly fisherman that demand the same.

Heavy Duty

These pliers are essentially the Rising Ultralight Pliers on steroids. All the same features, just bigger and stronger. At 8.5in the are pretty big and heavy, I wouldn't recommend carrying them around with you on the water, they work great in my drift boat though.

    Step Up

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I got the 6in version of the work pliers and I'm loving them. Good bye to hemos and nippers. Great functionality! There are times when I wish I went up to the 8.5in version, like on cold mornings. Awesome tool, would definitely recommend the upgrade.

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

These things look great. I'll keep them in the pack to counter my standard hemostats, but they have pinches for split shots, and small nippers as well. These will definitely come in handy for pike and other toothy critters as well!
