Fit was wrong -

5'4" 145 lb, got medium and large.

Medium was too tight across the shoulders, Large too big. I'm hourglass & think I have a regular torso. Dress does not fit boobs and the gather hit too high.

Just weird. They both have to go back. Also (reason I downrated vs. just noting sizing for women who may be shaped like me) - the fabric is very thin, would easily tear and you have to wear orangish or nude undies or they'll show through. The Chrysanthamum is also more orangeish, lighter than pictured.

love this dress!

the material is featherweight. you don't even know you are wearing it. I am 5' 6 1/2" and weigh 120. I ordered the medium originally, but reordered in the large. I thought the waste on the medium was a bit short. the size as far as the dress went didn't change much with length, and fit. I can't wait to wear this on my vacation. I kept the gunmetal and gave the chrysanthemum to my daughter. it wasn't me. She loved it. we wear the same size, so she basically has two closets! lucky girl!
