X-Fire 20 SRAM Disc Complete Cyclocross Bike - 2015

The Ridley X-Fire 20 SRAM Disc Complete Cyclocross Bike is the perfect workhorse for the cyclocross racer who demands a rig that can muscle through the nastiest conditions. The X-Fire frame is built with 24T carbon and keeps the same sturdy square-edge tubes, head tube juncture and bottom bracket as the previous version. The tough 24T carbon allows Ridley to use less material without sacrificing torsional or lateral rigidity, and the shape of this lightweight frame ensures an ultra-stable ride with more effective power transfer to the drivetrain. Ridley includes its full carbon 4ZA Oryx fork, which features a reinforced lower leg design to prevent lurching from the BB7 calipers. And for precise handling and added power, Ridley connects the fork to an oversized 1-1/8 x 1-1/2inch steerer tube mated to the oversized head tube juncture.

The build for the X-Fire 20 Disc Complete Cyclocross bike features proven SRAM components. It includes the reliable shifting performance of the Force and Rival groups, offering a 22-speed drivetrain with a 46/36 tooth front chain ring and 11-28 tooth rear cassette. The smooth turning cranks come courtesy of FSA. The CX-Disc alloy wheels are laced with Kenda Clement Tires (33mm width). And Ridley finishes the build with a cockpit featuring its own 4ZA components.
