Machete GT Snowboard - Wide

Representing a souped-up version of the original Machete, the Ride Machete GT Wide Snowboard features a versatile twin shape, extensive carbon reinforcement, and the boosted response of camber underfoot. Built for riders with bigger feet, the Machete GT Wide alleviates pesky toe drag when you're carving down the mountain. Its true twin shape keeps you centered for a well-balanced feel that's ideal for spinning off park kickers, popping from side-hits, and carving both directions down the mountain.

Its Hybrid LowRize profile features micro-camber along its running length, as opposed to the flat camber found on the regular Machete. This gives you extra drive for springing in and out of turns, as well as enhancing snap and stability for charging the whole mountain with a freestyle-tuned feel. LowRize rocker at the tip and tail give the Machete GT a bit looser, catch-free feel when you're jibbing and buttering, also helping the board float through fresh powder without bogging down on those deep days.

Inside this versatile freestyle weapon, the Performance Tuned core is comprised of high-strength aspen, super-snappy bamboo, and lightweight paulownia. Hybrid Glass combines triax on top with biax along the bottom for a more responsive feel when you're blasting down the mountain at high speeds. Carbon Array 5 Laminates distribute power from the inserts to the opposing contacts for near-telepathic control. Add in the carbon-infused snap and urethane impact-dampening of Ride's Popwalls for a purpose-built freestyle board that slays everything from handrails to cliff drops.
