do these bindings work with the boards that have the channel things?

Responded on

They will BUT you have to buy the 'retro discs' from Burton. It pretty much replaces the channel with a reg baseplate to fit on any reg bindings. If you dont get the discs, then it will not work. Hope this helped

I have had ride bindings before and liked them....my question is whether or not there are different size bindings? I wear a size 12-13 boot and need to know what to look for. Cheers....The ones Im looking at have an M next to the price but I am not sure if that stands for Male or Medium.....

Responded on

Its definately a Medium. Some companies are only bringin out S/M and L/XL bindings in their line. Union(whitch are suuuuper sick binders) have a range of S/M, M/L, and L/XL for big footed riders like us. I have a pair of '10 Union Contacts L/XL and I love them. So to answer your question, the M is most likely a Medium, and you will want a L. With the medium binder you will have to squeeze into the cage of the binding, unless you have 'shrinkage tech' on your boots. But go for a L or L/XL binding. Hope this helps

Good for the price

These bindings aren't that bad for the price. They are very durable, lightweight, and comfortable. The cons of these bindings are that it comes loose when riding aggressively, and the base of the binding is so cushioned that it doesn't ride well outside the park. Overall quality binding for the person with a budget.

crazy price

what more could you ask for at this price... a limited lifetime warranty on a full aluminum, lightweight, powerful baseplate.... a crazy comfortable ankle strap that not only has a lot of cush but is designed right so you dont have to worry about the comfort fading over time as the cush wears out... quick draw aluminum ratchets that last as long as you do... and a convertable toe strap that allows you to ride this strap anywhere on your foot that you want... for this price, it definitely doesnt get any better than this..

these bindings straight up suck, dont waste your money. i rode these bindings for 2 months and hated them. the ankle strap cracks and isnt comfortable and they get loose from your board easily. would not recomend them

Responded on

Dude, I have no clue what you're talking about, I'm going into my third year with them, and I love them, I haven't had a single problem, no cracking or looseness. Maybe put them on right next time?

Responded on

Agreed. Ride is the best. If they come loose easy it's because you didn't tighten them enough. That's not Ride's fault.

dude these bindings suck. worst quality ever. im never gonna buy another pair of ride bindings again
