  • Pop Rods 2.0 wood core utilizes carbon and urethane inserts for more pop and less vibration
  • Carbon Array 3 distributes power to your contact points for optimized edge grip
  • Hybrid Glass laminate combines a forgiving feel with high-speed control
  • Slimewalls urethane sidewalls increase durability and absorb vibration for a smoother ride

Park Killer

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I love this board for the park, i bought the 153 for an all mountain board, which was an awful choice. I am 135 pounds but still a short board. This board is not very good on ice and doesn't float in powder, but that's not what it is designed to do. 5 out of 5 for a park board, the board is very damp and although a little bit stiff it handles everything great. I feel comfortable hitting big jumps, kink rails, and basically everything besides pressing as it is a little bit more of a medium flex. Amazing pop and tons of control for giving you that extra confidence boost.

Ride Buckwild 2012

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

The Ride Buckwild is a really fun freestyle board. I am more of an all mountain freestyle rider so my impressions of the board correspond with my style of riding. This board has a lot of pop! I love loading up the nose and initiating frontside spins and this board just snaps into the spins. It is so easy to get this thing spinning! It is a very playful board but just a bit too stiff for really effortless butters and presses. The board profile is flat between the bindings and has a "Prorize" rocker at the tip and tail for improved float through the pow. The flat base allows the edge to hold really well for the hard charging carvers too but don't expect it to ride like a traditional camber board. It does seem to have a fair amount of chatter when you are really flying down the mountain but that is to be expected for a true twin tip freestyle/park board. With that said, I would not be afraid to take this board anywhere on the mountain it will definitely make you smile!
