These are really good starter boots. They are comfortable and easy to walk in, but maybe a little lacking on the support front. I haven't had them long but I can't see them holding up all that well. If they do end up lasting a long time I'll make sure to update this review.
Now, for the money these are great wading boots. If you're just starting out or don't want to break the bank on fly fishing gear these are great. Let's call this a 3.5 star rating.

I have only used the boots in still-water situations thus far, so I don't yet know about the traction on river rocks. They are very comfortable and easy to put on, and seem to be well made. They are exactly what I was looking for in a sticky rubber boot.

If you are just starting out and don't want to drop the coin on the Patagonia's, Simms and Korker Chromes of the world then these are your boot. Redington has made a boot that is light weight yet supportive and rugged. The rubber soles have a good feel and grip well on those slippery river rocks. The light weight canvas build is a quick dryer and not very heavy when wet as well. Great boot for the novice or in my case a young son with huge paws!
