When you attack everything from park to cliff drops and backcountry chutes you need comfortable protection for your brain. The Red Women’s Aletta Helmet has a women’s specific fit, adjustable internal padding, and adjustable vents to meet your needs. The outer shell is made from ultra lightweight in-molded polycarbonate to provide you with ample protection without unnecessary weight and Red’s Unison Technology stacks everything else onto your helmet with minimal bulk. A goggle gasket fights off gaper gap, Airvanced ventilation allows you to adjust airflow, and the Red Engage fit system lets you change the circumference of the Aletta’s inner liner.

It does the job. I took the padding out of the medium like another user recommended so it doesn't looks like I came off the set of "Spaceballs". If I wanted the padding I would have ordered the large.
It held up to the kicking winds in Squaw on Lake Tahoe and held my goggles in place too.
Great helmet for the price.
Only gripe I had is that the color of the helmet displayed is alot lighter green than shown above. It reminded me of the clover green bridesmaid dress from David's Bridal I was unfortunately forced to wear.
Change me.
