Poor Quality

I just received the Neutrino 600 sleeping bag and I'm very disappointed. 1st of all my whole order is not here and the rest of my may be in the sleeping bag sack but I wouldn't know because I can't open it because some knucklehead pulled the zipper over the outer flaps so it can't be opened. This tells me there is no quality control, whoever packaged this obviously just doesn't care about their product. I will be returning this unfortunately it was supposed to be gift and I have to begin traveling so I don't know that I'll be able to resolve this issue before my daughter's birthday. I have serious concerns regarding the company as well as Backcountry it surprises me that nobody saw this, as it is quite obvious and you need to do a better job packaging and inspection before you ship.
