  • Familiarity:I've used it several times
  • Fit:True to size

This may possibly be the most perfect jacket ever made.

It looks fantastic! I bought the red and while some red jackets look too orange or maroon, this jacket is a vibrant, true red.

It fits amazingly! I hate boxy, bulky, baggy clothing and the Myriad jacket is none of those things. It has a nice trim cut that also moves with your body and doesn't inhibit your range of motion at all. I was worried that a small would be too snug, but I still have room under it to layer a TNF Quince 800-fill down jacket.

Neoshell is the real deal. I can vouch that it is definitely wind and waterproof. During a massive cloudburst I grabbed my jacket and ran outside into the torrential downpour. I felt no wind and my head and torso were bone dry. I have run in it and tried to work up a sweat, but always feel cool and comfortable. The DWR Rabb applied to this jacket is also the best I've ever seen. Water doesn't simply bead up and roll off, it is literally repelled! I've watched as raindrops hit my jacket and bounce off leaving no trace whatsoever.

My only concern is durability, but only time will tell how long the DWR lasts or how well the shell fabric will hold up over time. For now I'm in love and can only say great things about this jacket.

Rab & Polartec NeoShell

Polartec NeoShell is the first fabric to combine the superior breathability, ventilation and stretch of a softshell with the waterproof protection of a hardshell.

NeoShell uses a unique membrane which blocks 99.9% of the wind whilst offering levels of stretch you would expect to find on a high performance softshell product.
