This stuff will save your bacon on longer rides. It is my 60-75 mile pick-me-up... applied at that point in the ride it brings you home as cool as the other side of the pillow. : )
Of course, you can use it on short club rides and all your cycling friends that aren't out to crush you will wonder why you are just so darn congenial!

For the price point these are among the best bibs I have purchased. I used them on a metric century on their first ride, and the chamois and materials were comfy. The weather was 95ish with high humidity, and these will not cook you, either.
I am 5-9 and 192... 36+ waist and 44+ chest. The inseam and fit were spot on with a size L.

The sizing was spot on for me, and I am a fireplug at 5'9" and 195lbs. XL for me.
The gel leg grippers work without yanking hair if you are a quasi gorilla like me. : ) The pad seems awesome. I have only used it for club rides but I can't wait to get out for 4+ hours on it. The best part about these are the straps. Stretching but supportive, and airy-light fabric that simply vanished once on. If you have a love-hate with bibs and that suspenders feeling, these might be worth a try to swing you to to the love side.

I have done evening rides down to the mid 30's in this and I am a cold weather wimp. I used a LS base layer and the Ganna is warm enough that I unzip it a little. The material is stiff, and a little bunching occurs behind the neck if you are not super tall. But the fit is fine and the quality of the materials feels excellent. I am 5'9". 200lbs. 45 chest. The sleeves are long for reaching the drops and not pulling up the arms. I took the XXL and it is fine. I could have gotten by in an XL though.
It only needs a neck loop to hang it up and it would be utterly perfect.
