Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I bought these skis with the hope that they would provide good float in the pow, excellent charging, and some fun in the park every once and a while. They have done exactly that. On groomers and corduroy they carve like a racing ski leaving nothing to be desired. However, when the snow starts coming down these skis shine, popping right up on top, and they love to go big and fast, holding up very well at high speeds with absolutely no chatter or shaking. I recently ran into some natural moguls at the end of a long day at a resort and I was surprised at how quick, light and nimble they felt even though my legs were beat. Even in the thick and lumpy snow I was able to make short and precise turns without any trouble. Skiing switch is a synch because of the bi-directional cut, and in the park (although a lighter and skinnier ski is probably better) they will perform well. These skis can feel real soft and buttery at low speeds but at high speeds they provide great stability. Over all, I have nothing bad to say, highly recommended to anyone who wants a ski that does it all.

Took this thing on a main section of the AP for about 8 days and it performed great. It was pretty big and packed small and light. The set up time was great. (30-45 sec.) Stayed dry in overnight showers, nothing too serious. All and all this is a great solo tent.

I took this thing out on a 20 day river trip and even when it got wet from when we flipped (level 4 1/5 rapids) it performed excellently. It was warm and the set up time is about 45 seconds to 30 seconds. The take down can be anywhere from 30 to 15 second. (amazing right!) Over all love this tent.

They made the design so the front comes out like a vestibule although there isn't one. it is not free standing and the only problem that i have with it is that you need to leave part of the waterproof section of the door open a little for ventilation. Anyway, this tent was a lot bigger then it looks but packs incredibly small. My advice is to carry the poles separately and let the pack size become incredibly small.

This thing is a dream. Its like a damn bed. But if you get a compression sack or just use two rubber bands it very compact. I slept on this for a fifteen day river trip and it was like brand knew every night. It held its air throughout the night and the set up is under two minutes. You do need to help it along a little. But thats nothing, the reast of it compensates for that miner problem.

I have two questions. 1.) I do many river trips and I am tired of carrying my big bulky river duffle. I don't mind a bag two big for me-I'm 5"5'-and I do 12-14 day trips. Should I get the bigger bag or will a manage with the small one? 2.) Does this bag have a role closer thing like a river duffle.
