I don't know why I keep looking at other brands when every single Arc'teryx piece I own exceeds my expectations - maybe it's because I keep looking for something cheaper, but they never seem to fit right or work as well. I bought the Atom LT jacket to use both as as an outer layer over a lightweight fleece and as a soft shell under a rain jacket. It works perfectly for both these purposes. An outer layer because it's warm enough, a soft shell because the loft shrinks when you have another layer over - it's like magic! I love the material - it's soft, very flexible and doesn't make crinkly noises. I'm 5'1, 105 lbs (on a good day) and the XS fits fine - the cuffs are tight enough so that the sleeves don't hang down or look sloppy. I'm contemplating getting the Ceva as well!
