These tights look really good, but they don't offer much compression for me (and I have very muscular, sort of big legs) except in the waist. I am 36-29-37 and went with the medium. I had to clip the elastic in several places in the waist so that they would not be so uncomfortable. They're fine now, but cutting the waist was not something I wanted to do to something this expensive. They should have made these with a wide waist band, like Louis Garneau shorts/tights have. Also, the material is extremely thin.

Hands down, my new favorite jersey. I've never spent this much on a jersey before, let alone on a pretty much plain black jersey but it was worth it. I got it to go with the black and lavender Louis Garneau equipe shorts, and it looks awesome. Nice material, very breathable and not too thin. I would recommend sizing up unless you want a very tight fit. I am 36-29-37 and like the way the XL fits.

So, I now own two pairs of these shorts, one in the lavender and one that I bought at another website in black and white. I read the above review of the girl who is a size 6 and said that the XL was the only size that fits her. I am 36-29-37 and usually wear a size 6 or 8 in most clothing a nd medium in most American sized cycling shorts. So, taking her advice, the first pair I bought was an XL. They fit fine, although they are certainly not compression fit and they are actually a little loose in the waist. The next pair I got was a size large and I LOVE the fit. They are compression, although not uncomfortable or restrictive at all. Probably one of my favorite shorts, second only to the Sugoi RS shorts (awesome chammy in those). I'd say these are worth the $

The reviewer before me said that these pants are not necessarily maternity specific, so, I took a complete chance with these pants, ignored the fact that they are "maternity" pants, and bought them in a size smaller than I normally would because I LOVE roll waisted pants. I think I should have gone two sizes smaller, because they are made really big, especially through the waist, go figure. These pants would be perfect for a pregnant woman or perhaps for someone a little thicker through the middle. I was simply looking for comfy roll waisted pants that were at least somewhat flattering, which they are not. They are pretty baggy and longer (hits just a few inches above my ankles at 5ft 6in). I will probably be returning them, but I certainly would not give them a bad review just because they didn't fit me right because I'm not pregnant.

These capris run big- they are loose and *really* long. They are not so much capris as just highwater pants. I got them as a gift and I wore them once and a while at first, but they are just sort of unflattering. They green ones look cool, but the black ones have funny white seams which I don't really care for.

I tried these on in the store and found that some pairs of these shoes are very stiff, which makes it very difficult to adjust the straps. Luckily, the pair that I received from Backcountry did not have this problem and they were very easy to adjust. Once you have them just right, they pretty much stay that way and you don't have to keep readjusting them, as other reviewers seem to say that you do. I am very happy with these sandals and personally I would highly recommend them for walking around town, doing yard work, river adventures, etc. Super comfortable and a great price right now. Also, the double straps are much more attractive and feminine than the single strap.

These, like nearly every product by this company, are well made and super comfortable. Fit close to your skin, so size up if you prefer a looser fit. Also, let me just say that Backcountry.com rocks! Quality gear, free shipping, great return policy, and everything I have every ordered has shipped out incredibly quickly!

I have not yet ridden in this exact jacket yet, but I decided to get it because I wore another GORE bike wear jacket that a friend let me borrow on a long ride in 40 degree rainy weather. I stayed really dry and comfy the whole time. This jacket is lighter weight than I expected, which could be great for packing, but may require lots of baselayers for really cold temps. It is 100% waterproof though.. I ran it under water in the sink for several minutes and NO water seeped through!!

This is my fault, as it specifies in the specs that there is no chamois, but I failed to read that section and expected to receive tights with a shammy. Anyhow, I have not tried them yet but I did notice that the water resistant fabric is only on the front of the legs. The back of the legs look like they will get pretty drenched in wet conditions. Oh well, if they don't work out I can always return them even after wearing them :o) Rockin' return policy!
