We haven't had a chance to use them yet, but when my daughter tried them on, she said they were reallywarm. They seem to be good quality, and I like the fact that they come up higher over the wrist. Only down side that I could see, is that the finger tips are squared off, so you feel more of the seam of the material, which if you have long fingers, might be annoying. For her purposes though, she still had some room so it was no problem. We also liked the grips on the fingers and palm. So, far, it's a hit!

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

My daughter has only had one opportunity to wear the jacket - during the Noreaster storm that hit the east cost after Hurricane Sandy. However, she said that she loved the jacket. It was really warm, and repelled the snow well. It's also a really cut style, and not overly puffy to prohibit movement. I find that down jackets are the only thing that truly keeps you warm, and this jacket was no exception. We'll have to see how it handles the ski slopes as winter comes, but for now, it seems great!

Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

The jacket was cute, but VERY lightweight. We live on the East Coast and ski every winter season. For the type of climate and weather we have, I wouldn't consider this even a winter jacket, let alone a ski jacket. Even my daughter said that she couldn't see how this jacket would keep her warm on the slopes skiing. We returned it. She was disappointed, and so was I.
