I have been backpacking my whole life.My start was scouting from cub scouts all the way to eagle scout with that start I keep with it till here I am today!
This is a small but roomy tent and very rain and wind proof!
What a tent this is very roomy for two, three can work around. First time out was a thunderstorm that made my hair stand out on my arms this tent got no water in in it no sand or mud.The wind was 50mph it never really moved or became unstaked. A little cool in cold weather 10 deg or colder but vents very well (no condesation) go get you one and sleep like your @ home!
This bag is great will keep you warm as toast in the low 40s and upper 30s.You have to have a sleeping pad because there is no insulation on the bottom of the bag. Zipper never gets hung up and it packs up very small in your pack.So get you one and stay warm.
I have had old town kayaks for years. I live right on the river go kayaking at least once a week on many different rivers in the area. Old towns are built to last the Dirigo is no different. This one has a great seat, was in it for 8 hours on the first trip never got sore! The cock pit was very roomy and easy to reach any gear i might need to get. the rear hatch was water tight so camping ger on the river will never be wet. So get you one and go get wet!!!
