During the heat wave in early July, I basically lived in this dress. Three days in a row; no washing; no stink. (We were on vacation somewhere where it SHOULD have been cool but wasn't. Thank you, La Nina/global warming.) This dress totally performed for me. I got it in grey, which was great because it doesn't show anything. (Black wool+dog hair=never-ending nightmare.) I DID return the first dress I got. I ordered a small at first, not believing it could possibly run as big as it does. That was way big. I ended up in a XS, which is hilarious to me. It's still loose around the middle, but now a little more fitted at my hips, so sort of a traditional shift silhouette. For reference, I am 5'6" and normally wear a Size 4 dress or pants. 34A in a bra. The XS comes down to just above my knees. I feel comfortable hanging out and even running in this bad boy. I even sleep in it. It's a great all-around performer for me--once I got my hands on the correct size for me.
One of our friends complains about some of the lateral movement of this rack. It does jiggle a bit, but the movement doesn't seem to put undo pressure on the frame or wheels. I'm a 125 lb woman, and while I didn't mount the rack on our Honda Fit, once my husband set the rack up, it's been very easy for me to use. (We debated a roof rack, and now I'm glad we didn't go that direction because it would have been difficult for me to use.)
Overall, the rack seems well made and there's plenty of clearance off the ground to make it up and down our steep driveway. I'll write another review if I find something to complain about, but for now I love this rack, and at 20% off on backcountry.com, I love the price we paid!
