I had a pair of Oakley Flight decks which I found to be frustrating to swap out lenses on the go. EG3s are the best of the field in this regard. Mine came with dark smoke lens which are cool in strong sun but blind as a bat when heavy weather rolls in. The light green (included) or rose blue chrome lens (separate purchase) goes in in as about as much time to pop the lens off. So simple and the ziplock seal is incomparable. Field of vision, comfort, style, function all perfect. Great job, Electric.

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Fit: True to size
Height: 5' 9"
Weight: 150 lbs
Size Purchased: Small

I have worn this jacket nearly every day since getting it in November. In the two months or so of daily use, it has not lost a single feather and is hardly showing signs of wear. It serves as my outer (sometimes under a shell) when I bike to work and as a mid while snowboarding and hiking.

I used to think I was a Patagonia medium and accept the frumpy sleeping-bag look but in a small this jacket fits perfect. It hugs the torso without being too tight and is just long enough that I do not miss my full-length parka. When fully zipped up the collar is neither too tight nor too loose - just right.

The feather grey/forge grey that I got has a cool matte metallic silver look that I really like. I was worried it might be a little too subdued but the matte silver sheen of the fabric is very classy.

Without a doubt, the best purchase of this winter. I am so happy with it I will buy the non-hooded version to use as my winter sports mid layer while the hoody serves as my city jacket.

Familiarity: I've used it several times

Solid quality and good looks, and the linings are super warm. But I agree with other reviewers who said the previous version with Hipora inserts were better. I especially miss the inner wrist gaiters on the older model. First day out with these new gloves happened to be a heavy pow day, and within a few runs snow was finding its way into the gloves. Had to remove them several times to shake out the snow. This just did not happen with the older pairs. Also, I am a bit puzzled by Pow's size. I also have a pair of Pow HD gloves in the same size (s) and they fit super tight. These Stealths, however, fit loose both length and width wise. Which makes the snow getting into the gloves even more annoying. I would advise trying these on before purchase if you are not sure about your size.

The L size duffel is perfect when traveling with a rolling snowboard bag through airports. I used to travel with both a rolling snowboard bag and a rolling suitcase - easier said than done. Rolling two oversized bags at once is clumsy at best. So I got the L Base Camp duffel, and now my air travels with a 175cm Dakine High Roller is very smooth. Holds a lot more than the usual backpacks, indestructible, and shrugs off snow and rain.

Awesome board. Floats and carves equally well and easy to air off lips and stuff beause its so light. Normally I ride 56s but chose 58 for the Design to ride pow and big mountains. I ride with about an inch and half setback and found the sweetspot, even though Rome suggests centered. Together with Rome's Targa binding (in black and cyan) the 158 looks very sorted - as in color matched. Highly recommended if you want a high performance all-mountain board.
