I am planning many long hikes this summer so I decided to try these energy bars out (this is my first time making such a purchase appart from my school day granola bars). I was swayed by all the positive reviews so I went ahead and bought two boxes: one oatmeal rasin and one peanut butter cookie. I tried both out this week and what a disappointment. These taste like cheap toxic candy bars. Sure the ingredients are all "organic" so I guess you can do as they say and not feel guilty, but they still contain 14g of sugars for each 48g bar, ie more than a fourth of these is sugar (no surprise really given how they taste). So what if its organic evaporated cane juice and organic brown rice syrup instead of corn syrup.

I must say that its not that I am a health nut against sugar. I love me a nice slice of cake, brownies, muffins etc. I just would never consider taking those as meal replacements. I also usually only get the great tasting bakery or homemade stuff not the horrible supermarket sweets. The last is unfortunately what these Luna bars taste like. I would therefore recomend that you try these out before purchasing two boxes as I did. I also think that people should show a bit more critical thinking towards the whole "organic" therefore healthy propaganda.

Warm, light, and very confortable. This was a great purchase I am quite happy with.

Wore this alone over a t-shirt in 10C weather and I was perfectly confortable. It also rained a bit and the water just perled and slid right off (it was of course not a downpour, no idea how it would handle that but probably the seams would let it a great bunch of water).

As a woman, the choice in the style for women was down to a wonderful chartreuse green... That just does not go at all with the rest of my wardrobe or my tastes. Being quite tall, I thus decided to try the mens style. As expected, it fits great around the hips and then is somewhat too big everywhere else. Its a bit unfortunate but nothing I cant live with. Surprisingly, the worst fit is around the upper arms which are waaaay too big. I would give it a 3 star for the fit except it of course does not make sense to penalize it for something I knew would happen from the onset. The improper fit is worth getting a palatable colour to me so I'm keeping this. Will keep an eye out when comes the time to replace for a good colour in the womens style. Hoping they stop this horrid colour combos they have now.

Read the last review which complained about the poor fit for women with smaller breasts and so I figured that would probably make it a great fit for women with larger breasts. Apparently not... I had some strange wrinkles under the breasts and also some fabric to the sides.

Fabric is great and I personnaly like the scalloped hem and gathered shoulder which make it more versatile to go about town and go hiking with. Unfortunately, without the contrasting two colour effect, the scalloped hem on the black shirt looks very strange. Dont know why they went uni-colour for that one.

Basically, I would recomened this only if you are able to try this on before purchasing!
