I don't know why people gripe about the shifting with the Ti cage... I finish every climb sur la plaque and while the upshift to the big ring under power isn't quite as worry free as with Di2, I have yet to drop a chain or miss a shift with my red group. I will say though, that if you're using a light lube, the sound of the chain grinding on Ti gives me a nails-on-a-chalk-board-esque shudder up my spine. But as I was putting it on I was holding my red derailleur in one hand and my old ultegra one in the other, and wow was it lighter!

I can't believe this hasn't been made earlier, popped it on my 7 year old dura ace 7700 FD works like magic, no more dropped chains on bumpy roads. and it looks pretty cool too, the red matches my frame nicely. seems a little pricey for something i probably could have had the school metal shop make for me for free in college

Tried the Chocolate, they taste good. Popped one before each big climb on my usual ride, finished strong, and recovered better than ever. They go right in your jersey pocket, and they don't melt, I tried them on a 92 Degree day and they were fine. Just make sure that you wash them down with plenty of fluids. Only downside is that at $3/baggie they're not cheap...

I've been drinking Gatorade G2 Powder (1 packet to a bottle) for years now, and as long as I drank enough never bonked. Then I recently tried those little Clif Protein Balls, they're great, I felt great after the ride and recovered well after climbs. I thought it would be a good idea to combine the two (the balls are like $3/bag) so I picked up a tub of accellerade. 1 scoop to a bottle, so its rougly 3/4 strength as directed, it tasted ok, but felt a little slimey, and had a strange aftertaste. About 10 miles into my ride this morning, I started to feel bloated. By mile 12 I felt like I was going to throw up. I didnt puke, but I felt like crap for most of the ride. Then again, 25 miles completed at a brisk pace and my legs felt great, actually maybe even a little better than they did at the beginning of the ride since I was a little sore from the last ride. But overall I think I only felt good after I let out a huge belch at a red light and finally made it home. I'm going to give it one more try, because of how great my legs felt, but the stomach pain wasn't worth it...

Bought it to replace my lance edition Pneumo that developed a crack over the last 7 years. 98 miles into a century, with a low psi back tire I crashed. This helmet saved me from what surely would've otherwise been at least a concussion, and better yet RealCyclist is replacing it for me! It's super comfortable and it fits so well, stayed in place perfectly while my sunglasses got tossed about 20 feet by the impact.
