as a rather large climber, ham-fisting my way up the wall, I certainly appreciate the lack of a finger loop on the dragon's...so much so that i've replaced all of my C4s. In the 20+ years i've been out playing on the rock, i can't remember the last time i got excited about a new piece of gear. I've been looking at these cams for a couple years now, and a few months ago finally had the chance to test a couple out. I was instantly sold and days later my C4s found a new home. No more fumbling around trying to get my fat thumb into the loop or awkwardly trying to palm it. With the dragons it's almost like the cam becomes an extension of my hand when palmed. Easy to place at strange angles without any undue stress on my wrist. Maybe not the right cam for everyone, but between the ease of use and the extendable sling, i'm a believer

Fit: True to size

i've been putting off buying a new webbing belt for years now...dealing with an oldschool bison (10yrs+) that is too narrow and worn. As advertised this one works exactly as expected and i've only noticed the large buckle coming into play on long hikes with a heavy pack if it's stuck under a hip belt. Like it so much i now own 2. Wear 34" waist and didn't need to cut the belt down

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

My first real ski boot so i only have rental boots to compare these too. I have a fairly high arch and need a wider toe box, these fit the bill and are pretty as well. I am still breaking them in but i believe these will be a great boot once the liner packs out a bit and the shell is stretched in a couple places (easy with the new material the lower is made from). Easier to get on and off compared to other boots I tried on and also like the 3 buckle design. A boot I'm sure will grow with me as my abilities increase. -- reviewed by my wife

Stiff, Wide, 3 Piece Design...
This is by far my favorite boot of all time. Finally a touring boot that performs as well as my old Dalbello Proton 12s. Incredibly light in the 29.5 size, easy in and out (no more end of the day boot removal with a tire iron), pretty good walk mode and can be pushed as hard as any alpine boot once the cuff is locked in. Accommodates a high volume foot with ease and comes with an intuition liner. So far this boot has exceeded my expectations. Bought it just for touring and some side country, but am now tempted to remount my other skis to work with the shorter sole length. Started with the cuff at the factory lean angle, but have since increased it to work better with the BD zealot/guardian setup I use them with and to accomodate my skiing style/position

Having had the experience of trying to wrestle the original brown version down the mountain, this new iteration is proof that things do get better. No longer do you feel like you're trying to pilot a 2x4 that wants to kill you at every turn. I have these setup with the Guardian binding and run the 192 length. The tail is nice and stiff and resists washing out on hard turns. Some tip chatter on hard chop at speed, but manageable. Tried the shorter version and felt it to be a bit soft for my liking, probably due to the different tail design. This ski has replaced my Line Motherships as my go to all mountain ski. After being on them for a while I wish i had mounted them about +1-1.5 forward of boot center to suit my style a little better

All around a fantastic offering from Ibex. The only small complaint I have is the sleeve length. I would be nice to see all companies have an offering for tall people with long arms. Cuff breaks right at the wrist, but tends to migrate up the forearm during activity. Just a small gripe, but keeps it from getting 5 stars

This would be the perfect all around shirt if it included just a single small pocket. I don't like struggling with having to access a pocket under this layer or relying on pants pockets when wearing a harness. Other than that an amazing piece of gear for all those 'unknown weather' days.

Have been using these for years and this is my 3rd pair. Allows for easy release when you need it, but holds strong when you don't. 6'5" and 220lb agressive skier and I have never reached the limit of this binding. Typical din for me is 13-16 depending on conditions. Allows for increased flex in the ski due to the minimal mounting plates and design of the rear. Most recent mounting is on a pair of Armada Magic J's. Highly suggest this binding for those who like to ski the entire mountain.

comfortable, durable, functional, great length and no obnoxious branding. at 6'5" and 220# the fit of an xl is just about perfect. my only complaint is the sleeves could be a bit longer, but so goes the story with every other shirt out there when you're tall. i was looking for an alternative to an insulated flannel, also by patagonia, that is now about 8 years old and after a full month of use i'd expect this shirt to have a long life as well

These leashes are great! they can be adjusted to fit around your waist for running or walking, a tree/post for quick stops at the store, the seatpost on your bike when taking fido on a quick run, for leashing a second dog in a pinch and pretty much anything else a standard leash falls short on. hands down the best leash i've ever owned

i purchased this dress as a gift for my wife and here is what she has to say

This dress is very comfortable and a really soft material. I love the colors it comes in and it is nice to have a long sleeve dress for the winters. I am 5'8" and the dress might be a tad short for my taste, about 5 or so inches above the knee, but with boots and thick socks I am still plenty warm.

i picked up this bag because i was tired of carrying a bag for work and a separate one for workout clothes. this thing will swallow up your laptop, chargers, spare drive, camera, shoes, shorts, etc and still have room for your lunch or pre/post workout snack. the only con for me at this time are the external water bottle pockets. with a full pack it's a little tough to get a bottle in and out, but feel that they will stretch a bit over time. replaced a messenger type bag with this one and haven't looked back

The DT Swiss 10 mm Thru Bolt Skewer has been a great help in securing the rear wheel on my Santa Cruz Butcher frame compared to the old 10mm qr. The spring loaded mechanism is great! I am able to put the lever in exactly the position I want with very little effort and creates the correct bearing preload every time.

wilier and backcountry did a great job with this frame. super stiff under power but still accomplishes to reduce road/trail vibration better than any cross bike i've owned in the past. also appreciate the use of a standard threaded bb. 6'5" riding an xxl frame
