Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Fit: Runs small

I have been searching for ages for a good hiking/backpacking pant, and the Sonia is fantastic. It's light weight, easy to move in, has good pockets, and is a great fit for me in the right size (definitely size up - I'm 5'7" 120lbs and usually wear a 2 or 4, but the 4 wouldn't even button, so I got the 6, which fits really well). Also, these pants don't look frumpy, which is going to make them great for travel as well as hiking. I bought two pairs!

I purchased these in black for backpacking. They're well made and fit well in some aspects (the overall length was good, the articulated knees seemed really nice), but I had problems with the waistband. First, I'm 5'7" 120lbs without much in the way of hips and ordered a 4. The waist fit fine, except that the snap was constantly popping off. Even when I tugged gently on the waistband, it would unsnap. Also, these pants sat pretty high on my waist, so my backpacking waistbelt sat right on top of them. Having had irritation from this sort of situation in the past, and with no way to wear them lower without having them unsnap, I decided to return.

Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

This jacket is really cute, but it flares so much at the hips that I had to return it. I'm 5'7" and around 120 lbs without any real hips to speak of, and the XS fit perfectly in the arms, shoulders, and chest but stuck out several inches on each side of my hips. It looked really silly. A draw string around the bottom hem could probably have solved my problem, but there isn't one, so I sadly had to send it back.

Also, vaporous grey is much more of a khaki than a grey, but is really nice looking.
