Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Just took these up mt Washington worked like a charm the liners are warm and have great mobility. the shells where warm as well didnt need the liner with them at all. It was a bit of a tight fit with the shell and liner when I tried them on but the shell is warm enough as is. Had no problem with water wile climbing up or sliding down them mountain.

im looking for a pack for overnight trips that i can fit my montbell 800 down that packs about the size of a nalgene, tarpten moment tent or a hamock , food for the night and a jet boil. Is this a good size or should i go bigger or a different style pack?

I love this bag it is so light weight and packable. The stretch design is amazing its like sleeping with a light sheet on. If you want to pull you feet up or turn or what ever you do it with ease. The temperature rating is good i had it on the AT and the temps dropped below 30 and i felt it but all i had to do was pull my feet up and i was good. The only gripe is the head hole is oval shape witch is taking a bit to get use to. This is a all a around great bag i would rec-amend it to any one. I would spend the extra money for the down because you would want this bag for the rest your life
