Haven't tried my purifier out in the field yet but did try it out with a .75L of good old Phoenix city tap water.Which I might add contains a fair share of contaminates for city drinking water.Which is why I just drink bottled water. A CamelBak Pre-Filter is an absolute must with this purifier when you're out in the field,to filter out the biggest chunks.

Transparent and light as a feather, this MH Ghost Lite hooded jacket is just the ticket for keeping your down vest and/or coat dry in inclement weather. If you're a stealth camper and hunter like myself this jacket is just right! On the new and improved jacket MH has incorporated a "napoleon "zippered chest pocket for whatever fits.

In the woods,I prefer going stealth instead of bright colored clothing. This beanie answers that question. Warm in the winter with or without a snow helmet when you're on snowshoes pulling a sled.

With quite a few down parkas,a good outwear (shell) helps keep you and your down dry.First thing I do with any outerwear is spray it with NIKWAX,wipe and spread it out and let it dry for 24hrs.This goes for any outerwear and/or gear
(tents,backpacks,etc.).The NF Cyclone hooded jacket is no exception, I put a 10" ball in the hood and cinch up the strings, spray, wipe and hang it up to dry. With water proof zippered pockets makes for good storage of your personal items.

Cooking a great hot meal in the high country with a Dutch Oven is a meal made in heaven! And with these Camp Chef disposable liners, virtually makes cleanup a snap . I've got a 10" aluminum oven, even though you wouldn't want to be backpacking it all over place, but with a sled,no problem.

Any down filled jacket by itself is good in any inclement weather condition. But soaking wet is virtually useless,TNF and others market outer wear like MH'S Ghost Whisper, that weight 2oz. and shed moisture.Granted this 800 filled jacket seems light!

This is what anybody would want on with their head and face sticking out of a down mummy sleeping bag on a cold winter's night!I try to hike/camp as stealth as possible,so going green is and has been pretty much my bag.

Todays toys and/or communication devices seem to find their way in a backpack and in the woods. To avoid getting these items damp and messed up,E-Case has come up with this electronic case. They're made to hold your android cell phone and your game tablet and keep them dry submerged in water for 30 minutes.

Weather and solar exposure take its tole on camp gear, such as tents and rain flys.Pitching your tent say once a year(if used frequently) in your back yard on a sunny day in the shade.A lightly spray mist of just the tent and let set and dry even over night if need be.Then put the rain fly on and do the same, again leave pitched over night if not thoroughly dry.Backpacks love this stuff too(anything exposed to the elements).

120" X 100" + 2- vestibules is more room than 4 grown adults can handle.A 76" height ceiling is enough room to stand up straight and get dressed without hunching over.Unless you're Paul Bunyan! A 3-4 season tent with a small propane heater in the winter with snow fall all around you will keep you plenty comfy.
