these things RIP. period. my everyday ski is 115 underfoot and for whatever reason (the technology they claim or just a dialed in fit) they are way more nimble (and stable) with the same skis as my previous lange's. of note, i have NOT used the stock liner as i immediately had my intuition liners (which are superior to surefoot injected liners, IMO) heated back up and put my custom footbeds in. complete control at serious speeds, quick turning when necessary. i am an aggressive 6'2" 225lb skier who has broken many boots (and skis, bindings and poles) and these are plenty stiff, plenty responsive and react to gentle touch as well. i usually have to have various spots blown out etc as i put my size 15 street shoe in a 30 shell, but i have 6 days and these and don't need any bootwork, VERY happy with them. best boots i've owned, hands down (most recently nordica speedmachine 14's & lange fluid 120's).
