Purchased this rack for a trip we were taking in June going from AZ up to OR. Rack looks great on the truck and is REALLY easy to use. Had a Thule hitch gravity rack that held four bikes. Bikes were bouncing around, wheels spinning the whole time. I had to use so many bungie chords to get it tight it was crazy not to mention the straps on the thing were super tight. Did a 100mi MTB race and the last thing I wanted to do was fumble around with tightening the bikes down on the Thule. Not with the NV - solid as a rock. Easy peasy, just lift up, set in, cinch, just like the video. The trail doc system is nice too, wish it locked. I feel like someone could just come steal it out if they wanted. Putting the rack together is straight forward. The thing is heavy though and takes up a bunch of space when it is off the truck in the garage. The locking feature is great, but wish it was long enough to go through both wheels. One word of caution, the hitch tightening bolt, mine broke. I feel that some of the metal is pretty cheap / weak and this should not have occurred on a rack this nice. I was able to get a replacement part but it was a pain. All in all, this rack is one of those things that makes you smile, it works very well with minimal energy and looks great (we get complements all the time on it). Yes, I'd buy one again.
