I used Therma-Rests for years, then I got this because it was lighter and two cost as much as a new NeoAir. Surprise, it's far more comfortable than even ProLite+Ridge Rest! It's a little sticky, and a little cold. Last weekend in my 30F bag I had to wear a hoodie over my PJs. But I had no trouble falling back asleep.

This was my first filter - boyfriend's 3rd, and he was far more impressed than I was. Using creeks and streams in the Cascades, we had no problems filling this up. Didn't need to do the backflush at all, but after 9L figured we would. If you follow the directions it's a snap. It's not an all-purpose filter, but works for us.

I wore lightweight wool tights and a synthetic top to bed, low of 35 or so in the mountains, pulled the hood as tightly as I could - and I got too warm. Loosened it a bit and was fine. However, this left-zip bag (my boyfriend has a 1000g Lafuma synthetic right-zip) had the zipper at the bottom instead of the top, so we couldn't zip up together. This was very disappointing, and I suppose I'll have to pay someone to fix it.
