You get what you pay for for sure. It's ok, don't get me wrong but the tent is neither bomb proof nor is it particularly light. The pole system is easy to set up and they are pretty good quality. The tent it self lacks any real storage, the gear loft is a joke! and the pockets can hold your keys maybe..

I'm not sure how well it will hold up but it seems ok and well made. I have used it in some wind and rain and it flaps quite a bit. I think in really windy conditions it wont hold up, but I'll see this summer.

For the price I would say it is a good deal but don't expect this to be a comfortable tent for 3 people, it's more like a 2+.

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I've had this pad a while and love it. The pump system is really awesome and easy. The pad is super warm and light and packs down really small. A friend of mine bought a thermarest neo and it was just way to loud and crinkled every time he rolled over. after seeing mine he returned his and bough an exped. I really recommend this pad . I only have one complaint and that is that the silver colour picks up the slightest stain from oils in my hair to drool, it shows everything!!

Fit: Runs small

You know, I love la sportiva and use their climbing shoes pretty much exclusively, I don't even look at other brands as these shoes fit my fit perfectly and every one knows they are some of the best performers out there. However, these approach shoes just hurt my feet. I found tightening them up helped and I also found they climbed well and used them to lead easier sport climbs so that I would be ready to solo sketchy approaches. Perhaps it's the price you pay for being so good on rock but for hiking I could not wait to =get them off my feet as soon as I got back to the car. I would also say they didn't last all that long and I blew out the toe pretty quick and the trade was gone almost immediately. I would highly suggest that you buy a size larger and try them on before hand if possible
