Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Fit: True to size

I currently own tights from New Balance, CWX, Nike, Under Armour, Hind, Head, Mizuno, InSport, and The North Face, (6 pr for winter, 6 pr for spring/fall). Three pairs of my spring/fall tights are these TNF GTD tights. They are more flattering than others I have tried because the fabric is matte. and the seams make them look slimming. I wore them on a night run when it was 30-32F with no wind, and my legs were cold, so I think these are best suited to above freezing temperatures. Their interior is not brushed. They have held up well through many handwash cycles in the washing machine.
At 5'5 and 122 lbs, the small fits me perfectly.

I have 2 320 weight Icebreaker pullovers that are size large, but I ordered a medium, and it fit perfectly. Having owned Dale, Icebreaker, Smartwool, and Ibex merino wool, I find Icebreaker to hold up the best with regards to pilling, snags, and softness. The offset zipper makes this jacket look distinctive, and the green is bright but still looks nice.

Since this garment is RealFleece instead of their regular type of knit, does it feel warmer than a regular 260 g merino garment? I'm just asking because I don't consider 260 g to be heavyweight. Even my 320g aren't "heavy". My Dale of Norway St. Moritz merino sweater - that is definitely heavy as far as merino goes.
