I'm not going to spend time reiterating what everyone else has already established (and as is evidenced at your local crag), this is a great shoe for all-day climbing, trad, cracks, etc.

My other shoe is the Miura VS. I went one full size down (39.5 in Miuras, and 38.5 in these). I probably could have done a 38.0 as you can already tell these are going to stretch and my toes were comfy from the start. Luckily the laces make it easily to get a good fit while letting my toes stay happy :)

As other reviewers have mentioned, these are great, lightweight poles, but unfortunately I have had same problems with the joints breaking. I would say I stressed them moderately for a season or two (mostly day touring (splitboarding) but a week or so of overnight trips with a heavy pack) and that did one of poles in. After a fix by a local shop (not BD), that pole is still wobbly. It has been demoted to a spare trekking pole. Overall, I was quite disappointed considering I had purchased these for full price (as I had to during another trip after losing an older BD pole to a tree...). Maybe I just have bad luck with poles, but I can't seem to keep the same pair in working order for more than a season or two...

Really really tasty and very filling. Has a good spicy kick to it and enough veggies to feel like you're getting more than carbs. This won an award one year for best of backpacker meals for a reason. Actually is enough to share. As previously mentioned, the sodium content, while still high in general of course, is actually not too bad. Definitely takes at least 20 min. Worth it at the end of a long day of ski touring.

Now having used for a season, can certainly say this lived up to expectations. Only tested down to around 0, maybe slightly below, but was toasty warm even down to my toes and with minimal base layer on. Would highly recommend, especially for ladies who are always cold like me, for anything below freezing. As far as the price, I see this as an investment and am hoping it will stand the test of time. I think it's pretty reasonable price to pay given (1) it's the same price as a few nights in a nice hotel, and (2) you're getting super comfy night's sleep at 10,000 ft in the winter in the Sierras :).

Lastly, packs down to a decent size with some effort, got this into a smaller, older TNF stuff sack so it fits horizontally in my Osprey pack.

After my previous favorite humongous but fantastically insulated teton mountaineering mug mysteriously disappeared from my workplace's break room, I needed a replacement. Is perfect size for your morning coffee, and what I have liked best is that the seal from the lid is very tight. I can throw this thing in my bag (upright) still half full, have it get sloshed around a bit, and have no leak from the sip cap. Would buy again for sure.

I really wanted to like this. It is cute, and I like the color. But it is cut fairly low. And as others have said, runs small, particularly given the type of lady it was designed for, ie. I also find the chest band on the tighter side (once you get it on, it's fine, but it's not very stretchy, so this requires a bit more maneuvering that your typical sports bra). Also agree w/ previous reviews, that this material is not well-suited for high intensity workouts such as running - it's just not that breathable. Lastly, the straps are also not stretchy at all, so I find the support on the less-supportive side, and for me, this results in having to be careful with any bending over, inverted movements, etc...you know what I mean. Sorry BD - want to like this, as is aesthetically cute, but just doesn't fit great. Would suggest more elasticity to the fabric and straps, might help.

Really does live up to the hype. My new go-to mid or outer layer for splitboard touring in these early-mid winter (ie. cold) conditions. Closest thing I've found to live up to the "put it on, leave it on" advertising claim (ie. really is breathable, yet warm). Only (minor) downsides is the outer material is relatively delicate (watch yourself near camp stoves, etc) and not wind-resistant, but that's not why you're buying this. I want another.

Fit: True to size

this top is super comfy and I appreciate the thick material which is important in a white top w/ a built in bra if you know what i mean.

only issue is that the brand name is printed in fairly large letters on the outside of the bottom hem of this top. no offense to the company, who's products I own a few of and like, but given current global affairs, unfortunately they may need to stop putting it in such a visible location, or else this may detract customers...

comfy, cute bright pink color. true to size. stays in place during active water adventures.

only complaint is that the color ran a bit. ie. even after multiple swims in the ocean (followed by rinsing in fresh water), left it hanging to dry inside and found a bright pink puddle on the tile floor. time will tell if this means the color will fade a lot.

with a few tools (good knife or really sharp scissors, a hammer, and a better working space than my apartment), in combination with tailclips, this kit provided an easy way to make splitboard tailclips for my voile skins. even if you don't execute their instructions perfectly (first try was definitely a bit crooked), they work fine and have survived many days of heavy backcountry use.
