This mattress is by far and away the best sleep I've ever had in the backcountry. It's very thick and plush so any position is comfortable to sleep in (I'm a side sleeper) without bottoming out. It's pretty bulky, but well worth the weight. It also fits nice and easily into it's own bag. It's probably 1.75-2x the size of my summer mattress.
I use this for backcountry sleeping and have had it for ~4 months and 25 nights and counting. With my -20 sleeping bag, I actually managed to be comfortable at -20 sleeping on the snow no tent all night. I have a summer mattress I will be using for summer trips to save weight and reduce wear and tear on this one.
The integrated pump is a really good design. I beat anyone with a blow up mattress 10 times out of 10. I would estimate 2 minutes. It also has nice hooks to hook a pillow into, which I plan to try out.
It's one of my favorite pieces of gear and I can't recommend it enough.
