Great shades AWFUL customer service

So I was looking for shades that were cheap but still stylish. Found these and saw the rasta ones are described as having the red chrome lens but the picture shows a standard black lens. I figure that it can't hurt to ask so I go on the live chat and talk to Nate Blouin who tells me that the glasses are in the warehouse but he will send me an email once he finds out. This is excellent customer service! So I get the email and he informs me that the lenses are in fact red chrome as listed and not black as pictured. Perfect! To most people who frequent this site it is understood that style is important in skate/ski/surf/every gd culture so if I wanted the red chrome lens and not the lame black one that will totally affect my purchase. I buy them, and guess what? Black lenses! WTF mate, seriously. I then send Nate an email back describing my displeasure with this as if I want to return them I will have to pay shipping. No reply. Don't know if he thought that once I got them I wouldn't take the time or money to do it but I am going to return them and NEVER buy from DF again! Lies, seriously.

I have really enjoyed this air bed in the month that I have had it. To combat the slick issues that another reviewer mentioned I actually just put a fitted sheet over it like a real mattress and it seems to do fine, but obviously not everyone camps with extra materials like that. I was impressed by the fact that despite temperature fluctuations from 80f when I originally inflated this bad boy down to roughly 20f at night, it retained a comfortable amount of air and I haven't had to do much refilling. When I do refill/vent the attachment is a lifesaver. I've never found a really amazing air bed and assume that this one will have its problems but I would recommend buying it from backcountry due to their amazing return policy.

This purchase was basically house shopping for me as I decided to spend this summer living in a tent. I was able to purchase this tent on sale for $280. It is very spacious and for one person obviously has a lot of room. My biggest fear was that I would be unable to set this baby up without the help of someone else, but thankfully that was not the case. In fact, it is quite easy to set up/take down all by yourself (~15 min). I haven't had more than one houseguest at a time yet but if you wanted to use this as a family tent I think it would suffice. The rain fly is also very easy to setup but I would say that I would have liked a little more room in the vestibule area, really a minor gripe. It is by no means light but what do you expect? Great for car camping or you can easily split the components among friends for more adventurous camping. I'm giving it 4 stars because I have had some cold nights and even though it clearly says 3 season tent I reserve the right to be irrational at times and demand my gear go above and beyond.
