Jaima's Bio

I run on sugar and sunshine, and sometimes caffeine. I love to play outside. Lately you'll find me on my road bike the most, but I love running, hiking, camping, mountain biking, traveling, reading and all that good stuff, too.

Familiarity: I've used it several times
Fit: Runs large

I agree with both the reviews below: this poncho is quite large and it is annoying that there is no way to unzip the front. I bought this because I am pregnant and did not want a pregnant specific winter coat. I wanted something that would accommodate me during and after my pregnancy. This is definitely large enough (I am 5'7" and normally wear a medium and got a medium). I like the color and the style, but I am pretty annoyed that the zipper just exposes an extra piece of fabric that makes the head hole wider, it doesn't actually unzip the jacket, so it's always rubbing against your chin.

This tunic is MUCH cuter in person than in the main image! I've worn this several times since I got it. I love the tunic length. I've worn it with tights/skinny jeans and boots to work and with yoga tanks and pants to the gym. The pattern and neckline add enough interest that you don't need to accessorize. It washes well/doesn't shrink.

Let's be honest, Danskos have been around for as long as they have and are used by people who are on their feet all day for several reasons: the quality construction, support, and comfort. I am currently pregnant with my first child and bought these to get me through a tradeshow. They did the job. I was on my feet 8-10 hours a day and was virtually pain free. My only complaint was that I got blisters on the top of my foot where the leather rubbed (I was wearing no show socks). But with real socks, these are hands down my most comfortable pair of shoes.

This tunic is soft and cute and the space dye coloring sets it apart from other workout tanks. It's empire waist is fantastic for me (I'm pregnant). However, the straps are normal tank straps and it doesn't come with a shelf bra. None of my sports bras have straps that match up, so you always see the back of my bra. Not a big deal, but not my favorite. Also, while it is long, I wouldn't do yoga in it. It really doesn't stay down when you're doing a down dog or handstand. Still, it's fine as a basic gym tank.

They really are perfect! The fabric is extremely soft and does not become see through when you bend and stretch. The wide, yoga-style waistband doesn't cut into your sides. There are no logos or mesh panels at the bottom of the legs, so they can pull double duty in and out of the gym! I've worn them as tights under some dresses and skirts! Love them!

I am in the very early stages of pregnancy and this shirt is so great for camouflaging my growing belly while still allowing me to be fashionable! I love the color and pattern and the flowing sleeves. Looser fit, not meant to be snug/form fitting. I've been wearing it at least once a week for the past month- birthday parties, to work, after yoga, travel. Pairs great with the Kara denim jeans!

LOVE THESE PANTS! Seriously. I bought them in every color. They have a great, straight leg silhouette that is not too skinny, but super flattering. They have enough stretch to make them comfortable enough to travel in while still holding their shape. They are perfect with sneakers, ballet flats, heels, or flip flops. Cannot recommend them enough!

This jersey is the top half of my favorite kit. Bibs are here: http://www.backcountry.com/giordana-forma-red-carbon-custom-bib-short-womens
I love how light and breathable the jersey is. I love the three pockets in the back (why do so many bike companies think women need only two?). I love that it doesn't ride up in the back. I love the flashy silver bands around the arm openings. This jersey makes me feel fast!

These are the bibs I find myself reaching for over and over again. The fit is amazing (straps don't dig into my shoulders, leg openings don't cut into my thighs). The silver around the legs is flashy and fun. But what makes a pair of bibs great? The chamois. The fact that they keep you comfortable 3+ hours at a time. With just the right amount of padding and absolutely no chafing (even without chamois cream!), I have found nothing to complain about while wearing these bibs. Love them and would recommend them to anyone!

Got this in the black polka dot version and it is indeed a bit sheer. I just wear a black cami under it though and it's fine.I think the fit is true to size (I'm 5'6" and usually wear a medium and the medium in this fits me well). Easy to wear with jeans or dress pants and a blazer. It's super cute and exactly what I wanted.

LG Fit Sensor 2 Shorts

Got these for my dad since he's never had real cycling shorts before and I had talked him into doing a 50 mile charity ride with me. He still felt a little sore towards the end of the ride, but was happy to have some legit gear for future rides. He usually wears a large, got him a large and the fit is great, so I'd say these run true to size.

Maloja Anita M Jersey

I really like the color, fit, and styling of this jersey. It is extremely lightweight and breathable (which is important because I usually work up a sweat pretty quickly). Maloja jerseys stand out and this one is no different. I've gotten tons of compliments on it. There are only two back pockets, pretty basic, split in the middle. No smaller interior pockets for keys or phones. But being big and basic has it's advantages- it's super easy to carry Honey Stingers and a jacket!

These shorts have gone everywhere with me! I had a crazy two weeks of travel for fun and work and I found myself reaching for these time and again. Plane ride to Canada? Check. Post-road biking in Colorado? Check. Hiking in Millcreek Canyon? Check. Out for dinner after work? You guessed it. And after multiple wearings and washings and having various things spilled on them, they still look awesome. I got the 8's and probably could have gone down to a 6 (they are 4% spandex). I'm 5'6" and 136-ish.
