I picked up this sampler pack a few days before running in the Wasatch back relay this June, representing team backcountry, so ya we carry various gear each run!! knowing I was really in for a test, I decided to try this assortment of pre and post workout goodies, and they definitely came in handy!!!
I/m not sure the best way to consume most of these being a beginner with them, so i chowed half a pack of chomps before my run, then a random gu pack moments before starting...after 3 miles or so I could really feel the stuff keeping my fatigue in check, and allowing me to keep pushing it further and further!! Exactly what I needed!!
