Hey there. I'm 5'3" and 110lbs. I've been skiing Volkl Aura 167 for last couple years and need a serious upgrade. I have AT setup, and considering my weight, I prefer a lighter weight ski for skinning around the backcountry with marker tour bindings and shorter hikes inbounds. I seek the powder fields, cliff drops and tight tree skiing... Considering this or the Rossignol S7 womens ski. What length and ski would you recommend? I ride 100+ days/year in Summit County, CO. Thanks for your help!

As a small female, I naturally sleep cold. My first week long camping trip was full of stars, then high winds and snow... nightly temps ranging from 20-50F. On the colder nights I layered up with ski socks, thermal pants and couple fleece layers, and a hat. I stayed nice and cozy! On the warmer evenings, I didn't have to layer at all. I think the 0 degree rating is appropriate. If you are going to be in some seriously cold nights, I'd recommend a down bag... maybe -20 rating to sleep soundly and warm. The zippers are great and the bag performs very well! Light enough for small backpacking trips.. Very affordable!
