Familiarity: I've used it several times

My dog ate my Super Method sunglasses that I was very fond of. These were the closest model to them that I found, and currently cheaper than the discontinued Super Methods I was finding around the interwebs.

At first I didn't like them, mainly because they were so much lighter than the Super Methods. Now that I've had them for several weeks, I've grown to like the lighter weight. I think the lens shaping/optics and lens coloring are an improvement over the Super Methods as well. A little more clarity, and slightly lighter tint, maybe with a bit more green in it. I've got the Brown/Brown, the lens tint is great for casual wear and mountain biking.

Quality shades and currently a great price.

i took this on a week long mountainbike trip from durango to moab. we had the route and topo maps on our phones so charging was important. the solar charger works well, and so does the battery pack.

i did a lot of research before buying this, and one of the features that was mentioned was that it could charge multiple items at once. this, unfortunately, is not the case. the solar panel can only charge one item at a time. other than that, it was awesome. charged quickly and even worked well in cloudy conditions.

my previous bag after many years of service tragically lost it's life to my dog when I went mountain biking and didn't take her along.

bag is big enough to fit everything i need for a day: laptop, notebook, papers, lunch, and workout gear, and holds it comfortably. the bag isn't bulky when it's empty, like my other one was. internal storage and organizer is great. i find that bag is easy to get into when i need something quick.

the reflective elements offer great visibility. i also really like the attachments for my blinky lights.

i've owned these for 4 weeks now and put over 100 miles on them. this shoe really shines in technical terrain. coming from cascadias, it took me a few runs to get used to them, they're a more cushioned ride. i didn't like this at first, but i'm finding i'm starting to reach for this shoe more often. the way the upper is designed to fit is outstanding. they really put time into designing a last that fits well. lacing is solid, no slip or laces that continually come undone. size up a half size. i normally wear 46, the 46.5 was the right fit. grip is excellent and confident in all terrain. in lots of mud, they slip just like any other shoe. they do shed mud better. with my cascadias, the spring mud hangs onto the tread for a long time.

i like the shoe best when the trail is rocky and/or a lot of vertical. buff singletrack, then the cascadias come out to play.
