This rack is great. I started off using this on a Land Rover Discovery II and now rock it on my new Grand Cherokee. Fits like a glove on the factory side rails on both and there ia a bit off difference in their widths. Have some occasional stickiness with locks but not a big deal, and been able to stuff it full of skis & boards no problem.

Depends on how you like the coat to fit, but for your size go with a Medium. I am 6'0, 190 lbs and the large is plenty big, even with several layers, including a fleece vest or pullover on underneth it.I tried on a medium at a NF store in Burlington and it still fit me pretty good, but would have been tight with the usual cold weather alyers I wear on the hill. So it should give you plenty of room.

I have read on other sites, inlcuding Burton that this board (and others) does come with plates which make your old Burton bindings compatible with the channel lock system. You should be fine, assuming your "old" bindings aren't from say the late 80s :)

I was a bit surprised like others at how slim fit it was, especially the sleeves (I'l 6' 190lbs). However I still have plenty of room to move around in the shoulders and such so I am not gonna stress it, I dig the way it fits me. The jacket has got plenty of space for pocket tool & you iPod and it looks sweet. If anything, I wish it had a bit higher waterproofing but unless you plan to spend the whole day on your back it doesn't really matter. If you're a thin guy and tend to swim in other jackets, this is definitely one you should try out.
