Familiarity: I've used it several times
Fit: True to size
Height: 6' 0"
Weight: 245 lbs
Size Purchased: XL

I decided to go with the Arc'teryx Thorium AR after much research to try and stay warm in upstate NY.

Fitting: It fits to size. I am generally an XL with most companies, and Arc'teryx does tend to have an atheletic fit. That said, the jacket fits snugly without limiting my movement. I could likely fit a small/thin fleece under and/or layer over it with an overcoat if needed.

Warmth: So far haven't put it through the ringer mid-winter, but it has kept me warm with just a T-shirt underlayer in 20ish degree weather.

Style: As always, Arc'teryx products look good.

I would definitely recommend this jacket.

Does what I need it do. Basically use it as a shoe around the hospital. It's extremely comfortable, and allows me to wear it all day. Also looks professional if I'm in clinic but not out of place if I'm just in scrubs. Seems to stand up to out door wear, when I compare to my other pair. Not terribly water proof, however.

I was hoping for a slightly larger bag that I could put a change of clothes in addition to the smaller things like wallets, keys, etc. It was a bit smaller than that. Still perfect for my use, I can take it to the gym with my wallet, keys, lock, phone, gym clothes and maybe a light jacket with me. They key pocket is a bit small for the number of things I have attached to my keychain, but I imagine for most people it'll do just fine. All in all, a great bag that I do recommend.
