Great pant. Nice and warm, layers glide over them and they're comfy on their own. They would be perfect if they had a zippered front and a little more room in the crouch. It's a pain to take a leak when you're using them as a layer.. seriously it can be uncomfortable. Not sure why they have a zippered back pocket and not a way to take a pee. I find them a little snug in the crotch too. I ordered a size up for some extra room and still think they are too snug around my junk.

It's unbelievably light and the material is so thin it's almost nonexistent. I got it in black and someone told me it looked like it was made out of a garbage sack; they were generally correct... a cheap thin garbage bag.

I picked it up as a midlayer and another insulated hood for really cold days. Works well and adds warmth. The fit is good, not too bulky, and i especially like the hood. full retail is probably too much for this.

This bag is sturdy and well designed. The shoe box is a great idea and the bag's book style opening means you don't have to empty the bag to find something. The mesh enclosed side works great with pack-it cubes and eagle creek toiletry sets, and the load straps on the other side are functional and easy to use.

I bought this to replace an Eagle Creek Explorer backpack which i used backpacking around Asia and had been using as a carry-on. I also have an ORV Take2, ORV trunk 30, and a bunch of Pack-it cubes/folder/ect. All of them have many miles on them and still look new. I doubt i will ever end up using it but the no-matter-what warranty cant be beat. They might cost a little more than other luggage, but its well worth the minimal cost to get something made as well as Eagle Creek.

1. According to the specifications provided by Eagle Creek this bag is not big enough to be considered over size on the major airlines in the United States. It is 61" and most airlines (American, Delta, Northwest, United, and Us Air) allow bags up to 62" before they charge an extra fee. I guess i haven't measured it myself, but I doubt Eagle Creek would lie about the size. 2. The two exterior pockets are not big enough to hold the Drop Boxes. If you want something to hold two Drop Boxes look at the ORV take 2. The removable duffel will hold two drop boxes and a medium gear box.

This bag is pretty sweet. When you take it apart it, each piece looks sort of small but it is surprising the amount of stuff you can fit into it. It would have been nice to have a name tag on each piece, for when you take it apart and check both pieces separately, but thats a minor gripe.
