This is the second one of these jackets I have owned. This one seems to be a bit less beefy than the one I bought about a year ago and so in my opinion is not quite an honest midweight fleece. It's a basic fleece jacket not very fancy. No adjustable cuff closures at sleeves but there is elastic in the cuffs. I am skinny and bought the large size to get the length since I am tall and there is alot of open space at the cuff closures around my wrists. The integral adjustment cords in the lower garment seam provides secure closure at the bottom. I don't use this jacket for backpacking. I have a very light weight down jacket for that. I wear this fleece around the house and even sleep in it at home for some extra warmth and comfort. The garment satisfies my needs and that's why I bought another one. Would be a five star for a cheap basic fleece jacket but the fabric is a bit flimsy in my opinion.
Very light weight - mine weighs in at 19oz - one oz over advertised weight. I just put it on for the first time and the feature I immediately noticed was the closures at the cuffs. There is a velcro tab closure and elastic in the cuffs which combiined allow the cuffs to be comfortably closed tightly and securely. Also, the adjustment cords in the lower garment seam are conveniently placed right at the front next to the zipper placement making them easly visible and accessible.
Good quality mug typical of stuff made by Stanley. In my opinioin a bit heavy for those who worry about weight of backpacking gear - 13oz with lid 10 oz without lid. I bought this mug to use around the house. I like the screw on lid and the mug insulation - gonna keep my coffee hot sitting next to my computer.
