Let me start by saying that I have to have good support, as I have a pin and two staples in my right ankle.
Until recently, I have always been pretty loyal to Nike, as the shoes held up fairly well. However my last pair, lasted less than three months and began falling a part.
Needless to say I saw these at a climbing festival and was impressed by what I saw, so came to BC and got a pair.
I don't exactly trail run, but wear these a my daily cruiser's and don't have any pain in my ankle or feet due to the fact there is plenty of support.
As far as wear I have yet to see any noticable wear on the bottom of the treads, which are pretty aggresive.
And for a black shoe my feet actually stay pretty cool due to all the mesh on the top of these shoes, which helps with breathing.
So far, You got a loyal customer in my daily shoes as well as my climbing shoes.
