I love my hydro flask bottle, but it was a pain to unscrew the lid every time I wanted a drink, so I got this top. The nozzle on it is really stiff so it's hard to shut tight. If it's not shut tight, it does leak. (I've had a soggy lunch several times because I haven't completely shut the nozzle.) As long as I am diligent in checking the nozzle before I toss it into my lunch bag it works great and doesn't leak.

Familiarity: I've used it several times

I looked at several tote bags, and the reason that I went with this tote is because of it's pockets and lap top sleeve. I needed a large bag to hold several large notebooks, laptop and a variety of small items. There is a large zippered pocket on the outside of the tote and several pockets on the inside to organize and keep my pens, cell phone and other small items organized and easy to find. The handles are large so that I can loop them over my shoulder and carry it like a purse when I need my hands free.

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I purchased the Halena 22 as a day pack for all day excursions. I am pleasantly surprised how spacious the large pocket is and how much organization the small pocket provides. This bag allows me to carry 3 liters of water in the bladder, two additional large water bottles in the side pocket, layers of clothes for varying temperatures, and snacks for multiple people. I haven’t hit the tails with this pack yet but the material seems very durable and water resistant. I would feel comfortable putting anything from clothes to water sensitive devices in any pocket of this pack. I highly recommend this bag for the all day excursions but it might be just a tad too big for a quick out and back adventure.

I have loved and slept on the Big Agnes sleep pads for several years now and have loved them. The Big Agnes Encampment completes the picture. The Encampment keeps me both warm and comfortable and I don’t have to worry about sliding off of the sleeping pad. I love the built in pillow retaining system, the neck baffle and the hood. I really have not found a problem with the comfort and use of the bag in the half dozen times that I have used it now. I would highly recommend this sleeping bag.

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

The Hydro Flasks are hands down the best water bottles ever. The whole family has one of the smaller ones. My son is working at a gravel pit this summer and requested the Growler. The outside of the bottle will be to hot to hold, but the water inside stays icy cold all day long.

Fit: True to size

I have a very hard time finding shoes that don't hurt my feet. I used to only were Nike. First I bought a pair of Speedcross 3 GTX Trail Running Shoes and loved them. When it came time to buy a new pair the Speedcross didn't have any colors I liked, so I bought the Fell Raiser shoes and I love them. They are very comfortable and I love the grip and the color.

Big Agnes sleeping pads are amazing. We've used the non insulated Core Sleeping Pads for years and loved them. When one of them developed a leak, we replaced them with the insulated pads.
We've only gotten to use these once so far, but it was as comfy as the Air Core Sleeping Pad, only warmer.

These are hands down the best water bottles we have ever owned.
It keeps hot liquids hot, and cold ones cold. I love that it can be filled with ice on a blistering hot day, and the outside of the bottle doesn't get condensation on it. Everyone in the family has at least one, and are requesting the different sizes for different events.
