This is the lightest jacket I have ever felt. I think that it shipped to me at .4lbs. The Denier nylon is superlight and the construction by the people at MontBell is superb. It packs down to a softball size and seems pretty warm. Get an ultralight shell and you're set. Notice, there is no zipper. They save weight with the snaps which makes it a little different. The new Denier nylon with the good down really makes for a high tech jacket. Get it.

I have a size U.S. 11 foot and I couldn't find a crampon that would fit my hiking boots, much less the snowboard boots. My hiking boots are Merrell M2's for several years back and the snowboard boots are Burton Drivers from last year. The Grivel G10's fit like a champ. They even come with the ice guards. Very nice, and I highly recommend.

Solid construction
Firm lacing
Grippy tread
Did I mention FIRM?
Low profile

These are all great features of the Driver. The only downside is the price. If you told me 5 years ago that I would drop that on a boot, I would have died. Get them if you ride a lot and ride fast. Don’t bother if you are solely into freestyle. I ride backcountry 90% of the time and need a solid firm boot. Rock them if you can.
